We are an international agency that helps foreign nurses/nursing students come to the United States to achieve their American dreams.

We also help international students who study in the U.S. and have an interest in the medical industry to find their best career solutions.

We opened a new branch in China (www.uscipn.cn) which focus on helping chinese nurses who wish to study aboard in U.S. at professional nursing programs, pass the NCLEX exam, become Registered Nurses and get ideal job in the United States.

A branch in Tailand is on the way and we are recruiting parteners internationally to expand our network.

IPN was founded in 2013, at the beginning of our establishment, our mission was to bring top-tier worldwide physicians who desire to observe and experience the best US healthcare facilities and exchange programs in the United States. We endeavored for our mission in the past years and had many achievements.

Now we noticed the shortage of nurses in US since the Covid-19 raged . We now dedicated to help solve this problem for US hospitals and health facilities.We help international nurses come to US to achieve a new career and help the US hospitals gain their ideal employees at the same time.
